Vice President and General Counsel
Christina leads Diplomat’s legal team, which handles all legal matters affecting Diplomat companies. She has diverse experience in health care law, corporate transactions, and corporate governance.
She is integral in ensuring the company’s compliance with SEC regulations, filing quarterly and annual reports, maintaining public disclosures, and counseling the board of directors and executive team on compliance.
Since joining Diplomat in 2012, Christina has served in a variety of legal positions, including corporate counsel, senior corporate counsel, and assistant general counsel. She played a central role in Diplomat’s initial public offering, a follow-on offering, and several acquisitions.
Prior to her time at Diplomat, Christina worked as an attorney for law firms in Troy and Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She was a 2015 finalist for the in-house counsel Rising Star award presented by Crain’s Detroit Business.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree with high honors from Swarthmore College, followed by her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She is certified in health care compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association.
