Diplomat Announces Closing of Follow-On Public Offering and Full Exercise of Option by Underwriters
FLINT, Mich. — March 31, 2015 — Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. (NYSE: DPLO), the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, announced today the closing of its follow-on public offering of 9,821,125 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $29.00 per share, which included 1,281,016 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option. Diplomat sold 6,821,125 shares of common stock and certain shareholders of Diplomat sold 3,000,000 shares of common stock. Diplomat will not receive any proceeds from shares of common stock sold by the selling shareholders.
