FLINT, Mich.— Sept. 05, 2014 —Diplomat, the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, has announced that its marketing & public relations team has received eleven awards from GD USA’s 2014 American Inhouse Design Awards. The American Inhouse Design Awards is considered the premier showcase for work from inhouse design teams within corporations, publishing houses, non-profit organizations, universities and government agencies.

The award-winning pieces from the Diplomat team and other honorees will be featured in GD USA’s annual Inhouse Design Awards Annual, a special edition of the publication sent to the full subscribership, showcased on the web and on the GD USA app. The feature will run in the July-August issue.

“I’m incredibly proud of the team and the work that we do every day for Diplomat,” said Drew Smith, Creative Lead. “It’s exciting to have several pieces recognized on a national level by Graphic Design USA.”

Diplomat’s new design style launched as part of the company’s overall rebrand in October 2013. The opening campaign, “Diplomat is More” introduced the company as an industry leader with a full range of services extending beyond solely dispensing medications. The award-winning brand update reflects the company’s refreshed mission and philosophy with clean lines, eye-catching color and a modern look.

Based in New York, GD USA is publication focused on sharing design trends and information across multiple channels including print, web, app, and e-newsletter.
