Crowe was selected as a finalist in two categories: rising star, which recognizes pharmacists defining the future standard of pharmacy practice, and specialty pharmacist, which recognizes pharmacists who excel in providing specialty pharmacy services and demonstrate innovation in specialty services.
The annual Next-Generation Pharmacist Awards, sponsored through a partnership of Parata Systems and Pharmacy Times, recognize outstanding professionals in 10 categories: civic leader, entrepreneur, future pharmacist, lifetime leadership, military pharmacist, patient care provider, rising star, specialty pharmacist, technician and technology innovator. “The judges had a strong, diverse group of pharmacists to choose from,” said Ashley Hennessy Talamo, publisher at Pharmacy Times. “Every finalist represents the best and brightest of each category, and they are all making a difference in their fields.”
As clinical technology manager at Diplomat, Crowe works closely with clinical services and business stakeholders determining the data to be collected as well as the collection methods.
